第十四条 持有资质证书的企业如在除北京地区外承接的工程项目，应有所在省、市、自治区舞美学会专家参与指导工作。

第十五条 已获得资质证书时间在一年以上的企业，可以申请晋升等级，申请晋升等级的企业应达到所申请级别的标准。

第十六条 持有资质证书企业的项目主管人员、主要技术人员应在两年内至少接受一次由中国舞台美术学会和有关组织举办的专业技能培训。
