（七）有其他违反法律、法规行为。一经发现随时取消其资质证书，三年之内不再受理申报。

第十四条 持有资质证书的企业如在除北京地区外承接的工程项目，应有所在省、市、自治区舞美学会专家参与指导工作。

第十五条 已获得资质证书时间在一年以上的企业，可以申请晋升等级，申请晋升等级的企业应达到所申请级别的标准。
