第四条 北京地区资质等级评定工作由中国舞台美术学会统一组织yeneizhuanjia参与评定，各省、市、自治区学会依据此评定办法，根据当地实际情况和有关部门商定，函告中国舞台美术学会。

-资质等级评定标准-

第五条 舞台设计制作工程企业

一级企业

1、具有10年以上的设计制作经历，近3年来承担过两个以上的大型设计制作项目，并成功、安全完成演出任务；曾获省、部级以上主办单位表彰的工程项目。

2、企业具有独立法人，注册资金300万元以上，年工程量300万元以上。

3、企业具有国家一级设计师3名以上，gaoji技师5人以上，中级技师10人以上，在册技术工人30人以上。
