第十六条 持有资质证书企业的项目主管人员、主要技术人员应在两年内至少接受一次由中国舞台美术学会和有关组织举办的技能培训。

资质评定工作面向全行业开展，企业自愿申请，评定工作坚持公平、公正、公开的原则。

第十七条 企业申报所需材料：

1、填写完整的《申请表》； 

2、营业执照副本复印件一份；

3、企业安全生产许可、质量管理体系认证、其他行业学（协）会资质；

4、企业组织机构代码证复印件一份；
