第十三条 持有资质证书的企业如有：

（一）因工程质量发生安全事故；

（二）采用不正当手段承接工程业务；

（三）违反合同要求，将承接的工程造成不良后果；

（四）违反国家工程建设强制性标准；

（五）使用违反合同规定的产品；

（六）有损舞台美术本行业形象的行为；

（七）有其他违反法律、法规行为。一经发现随时取消其资质证书，三年之内不再受理申报。
